Why do I get “Email address already exists" message when I try to log in?

Please check for the following when this message appears:

    1. You are trying to register with an email address that already exists on WizIQ.
    2. You had previously set up another WizIQ account using this email address.
    3. You created a second account forgetting that you had even set up the first.
    4. You are trying to register with an email address that you used as alternate email address earlier on WizIQ.
