Why do I get “Email address already exists" message when I try to log in?
Please check for the following when this message appears:
- You are trying to register with an email address that already exists on WizIQ.
- You had previously set up another WizIQ account using this email address.
- You created a second account forgetting that you had even set up the first.
- You are trying to register with an email address that you used as alternate email address earlier on WizIQ.
