• How many attendees or students can have audio and video controls simultaneously in the Virtual Classroom?

  In a single classroom, 5 people can be on video mode at a given time. However there is no limit to the number of audio connections.

• Do the online attendees have default access to audio/video or Instructor needs to separately assign it?

  No, attendees will not have any controls by default. However, if the Instructor wants, the audio-video rights for the attendees can be activated by clicking on the Mic/video camera icon next to the attendee name.

• How many learners can be on audio mode within a live class?

  There is no limit for audio controls within a live class.

• Can I also upload audio/video files from the desktop?

  Presently uploading audio/video files from the desktop is not yet supported.
