What is a code Editor?

• Code editor is designed for developers who work with coding of websites and can use .js, .css, html files supported upto 50Kb each.

• Code editor will allow developers from remote locations to be able to work on same code inside the live class using code-editor real-time.

• How can I access the Code Editor inside Virtual Classroom?

  There is a drop-down menu available in the whiteboard area. Please select Code Editor option in the menu to access your code editor window as shown in the image below:

• What are the languages, I can use in Code Editor?

  You can use, Javascript / HTML / CSS languages in Code Editor. Please see the red box in the image below:

• What are the other features that can be used in Code Editor, currently?

  Currently, you can use Undo, Redo, Change of theme, Change of text-size in Code Editor. Please see the red box in the images below: Undo & Redo: Change of Theme: Changing text size:

• Does code editor in virtual classroom supports drag and drop feature?

  Yes, either you can drag and drop files or you can use”open” option in Code editor to add the file. Note: Only .js, .css, html file are supported upto 50Kb per file.

• Can I open an existing Coding file in a live class?

  Yes, you can access your computer and add any existing coding file in a live class. There is an option 'Open' in the bottom toolbar of the Code Editor Window as shown in red box in the image below:
